Some scary, exciting, feels-so-right business updates✨

TL;DR (but hope you do):

  • A few exciting updates below, but the big one is that I have officially taken my coaching practice full time, and am accepting new clients!
  • I'd love to help you trust in your own inherent worth and wisdom, feel deeply, play bigger, and evolve out of expectations that aren’t your own. Learn more & book an intro call here.
  • Last but not least, next Somatic Skills group is slated for March 26th, 6:30-8pm EST. Save the date!

Hello dear one,

I hope you danced your way though the weekend and found ways to rest, play & tend to your sweet self.

I wanted to share some big, important, scary, hard, exciting, feels-so-right business updates with you today. Mostly because I think sharing our joy with others is a contagious medicine –which we collectively need more than ever– and I hope you'll share in this exciting next chapter with me in some way 💙

Thanks for being here, for sharing in my joy and for trusting me to be a partner, peer, teacher, guide, friend and support along your path!

Okay– some big, important, scary, hard, exciting, feels-so-right things worth sharing with you:

  • I'm dotting i's and crossing t's on my Somatic School coursework, which I've been at since I decided to up my coaching credentials last June. I'm sooo close to the finish line and I could not have more gratitude and grief all at once to be closing this chapter! This coursework has stretched me in ways I couldn't have imaged as a coach, and in my own personal practice of learning to come home to myself in a world where it's very easy not to. It's not only expanded my capacity to navigate the hard moments, it's led to a deepened restoration of my joy, pleasure and sense of ease. All of that to say, I'm grateful, more at home with myself than I ever have been, and excited for what's next!
  • With that, I've decided to seek continued mentorship as I grow my practice; the same way a therapist would seek ongoing supervision, I aim to grow my coaching work with ongoing feedback, support and stretching alongside a long-time peer, friend and teacher, Varia Erochina. I officially begin mentorship with Varia this Spring, and cannot wait to grow alongside of them as a fellow somatic coach!
  • Over the last month I've taken steps to shift out of my full time role at Ophelia's Place, and what a very bittersweet decision. Working with OP for the last 6 years stretched me in ways I could never have imagined, and I feel so lucky to have impacted the lives of thousands of folks struggling with eating disorders. So much love to my team and the community who made it all possible. My work with ED folks is definitely not over, and I'm excited to branch out into supporting folks through all sorts of varying stuck-points through 1:1 body-oriented work.
  • With that!!! I'd be remiss if I did not explicitly share that I'm now full time in my coaching practice, and am excitedly accepting new clients 💙 I would be honored to serve as a partner, coach and steward to you as you work to deepen your sense of self trust and sovereignty, build capacity to be with your emotions, and transform patterns of disconnection into pleasure and presence.
    • If you're interested & want to learn more about 1:1 work with me, the best thing to do is book a free intro call. No strings, just you and me getting to know each other, giving you a taste of what somatic coaching entails.
  • And let's not forget, I recently held the first Somatic Skills Group a couple weeks back! We had a gorgeous, intimate group, and I can't wait for the next. If you couldn't catch the live group but want to watch the replay, you can do that here. And be sure to save the date & register for the next group, 3/26 from 6:30-8pm EST.

Alrighty Reader, thank you for letting me share these big, exciting changes with you; for sharing in the joy, excitement, fear and expansion with me. You rule (but I hope you already knew that).

This season has brought me lots of big feelings, but it's also delivered me an even deeper sense of self trust; in my own resourcefulness, creativity and wholeness.

THAT feeling– that you can trust yourself, that you are worthy of going after what you want, that you can do hard things and come out the other side even bigger and more alive– that's what I want for all of y'all.

I am forever grateful for all the teachers, guides, mentors and peers on my own path who have paved the way for this trust and sense of self worth to grow so deeply. And, when you're ready, I'd love to be that for you too.

XO
Holl

Hello hello, I'm feeling so much!! Energy! Aliveness! Gratitude! Readiness! for tonight's class. And the slightest smidge of nerves too; after all, we're all human here. Perhaps this might be a moment to pause & check in with how you're feeling about it? Excited? Nervous? Unsure? Ready? Resistant? Hopeful? Cautious? Open? However you're arriving, know that all of it is welcome. And it's sooo so normal if you're feeling a bit wobbly leading up to this; anything new, unfamiliar and unknown is...

This was supposed to be an invitation to register for my AWAKE workshop. Things change when you're living and working in nervous system aligned ways🫀 Reader– July is always a force. Fast and furious and full and fun and a fucking lot, if I'm being honest. And this July was no exception. Especially as my kids get older, having them around more through Summer is both a sweet gift (!!) and an added layer on top of the many priorities that ask for my attention and energy. We've been vacationing,...

Hiya sweet friend, I have some exciting announcements today so I'm gonna cut straight to the good stuff. I shared a story a few weeks ago on Instagram where I teased about doing something I swore I would never do again; something that involves being behind a microphone. Well, I'm finally feeling ready (and spacious) enough to share! 🎙️I'm starting a new podcast. If you're a friend or have been following my work for a while, you probably know I used to host a podcast back when I first began...
