Hiya sweet friend, I have some exciting announcements today so I'm gonna cut straight to the good stuff. I shared a story a few weeks ago on Instagram where I teased about doing something I swore I would never do again; something that involves being behind a microphone. Well, I'm finally feeling ready (and spacious) enough to share! 🎙️I'm starting a new podcast.If you're a friend or have been following my work for a while, you probably know I used to host a podcast back when I first began coaching in 2017. It was called Well and Weird, and it was a labor of love. I loved the conversations with guests, having a platform to share the things that were exciting me in my client work, having another creative outlet, using my voice and speaking (something that comes pretty naturally to me). And it was LABOR. It was a lot of work. I felt like half my week was spent in session with clients, and the other half was spent just barely keeping up with weekly episodes, guest coordination, editing, producing, publishing, promoting. It was a lot. Which is why I swore, never again. So you might be wondering what's changed? And my answer is that there are 2 big contrasts of then-Holly and now-Holly:
